Facets is a modular carpet made with industrial felt. Its male and female parts are cleverly nested - so only one die is needed for production. A zen-like geometric texture was the goal...some see french fries, others see a cityscape. But the real inspiration was a traditional shag carpet. Facets is surprisingly responsive beneath your feet! Received honorable mention in I.D. Magazine's 51st Annual Design Review.
